Our Founder, Richard Cornish has been a stylist in Philadelphia for over 30 years. 2016 was the year that changed everything for Richard - he started volunteering his time at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Richard’s vision and focus is to build a national non-profit program that serves every children’s hospital and Ronald McDonald House across the country with this empowering and lasting service.

Our Vice President, Dominique Bell, moved to Philadelphia in 2014 to start her undergraduate career at Temple University. During her time, she interned at an early intervention center working with children with developmental disabilities and volunteered at CHOP, having the opportunity to work side by side with Founder, Richard Cornish. Upon obtaining her undergraduate degree in Psychology, Dominique went on to further her career at a nonprofit organization, Quality Progressions. In her time at Quality Progressions, she had the opportunity to develop relationships with individuals with intellectual disability and/or autism and their families. From that moment, Dominique knew she was brought into the world to help others. Despite a recent career change, Dominique spends her spare time advocating for those that cannot advocate for themselves.
